春の楽しみ　山菜の天ぷら

売木村の家でのオープンハウスが無事終了し、うるぎふるさと館で山菜を入手。ウド、ワラビ、コシアブラ、超肉厚シイタケ、タケノコ、あと….名前忘れました。このふるさと館、毎回必ず立ち寄るのですが様々な地の食材があります。是非立ち寄ってみてください。
